TJ’s offers several services to meet your needs that can be cost-effective for you or your business. All commercial cleaning services are provided with a yearly contract.

Our Cleaning Fees

There is no fee to travel to your home, and there are no extra initial cleaning fees. The fee for cleaning your home is simple because it doesn’t matter the square footage of your space. We charge for what we do and not how long it takes to do it (this applies to residential customers).

Basic One-Time Cleaning

A basic one-time cleaning is between $1,580 and $3,880 plus tax for up to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one living room, and one dining room. The kitchen and laundry room are included. Additional rooms are between $290 and $595 per room plus tax. See example fees below.

Standard Monthly Cleaning

A standard monthly cleaning is between $2,780 and $4,880 for up to four bedrooms, two bathrooms, one living room, and one dining room. The kitchen and laundry room are included. Additional rooms are between $595 and $995 per room plus tax. See example fees below.

Move-in and Move-Out Cleaning

Move-in and move-out residential and commercial cleaning are just $65 per hour plus tax. We offer a 10% discount for five or more cleanings within the same complex.

The estimated time frame for a move-in and move-out cleaning is approximately:

  • 1 Studio, 6 - 10 Hours
  • 2 Bedrooms, 8 - 16 Hours
  • 3 Bedrooms, 16 - 32 Hours
  • 4 Bedrooms, 32 - 48 Hours
  • 5 Bedrooms, 48 - 72 Hours

Single services are $75 per hour.
“Extremely dirty” homes services are $95 per hour.

Extra full bathrooms, add $195 to $395 per room. All other rooms, including 1/2 bathrooms, add $250 to $695 per room, depending on how dirty each room is at that time.
