The key to our maintenance program is its supervision and people. When we are selected, we will assign a professional supervisor with years of experience in all phases of cleaning. To ensure a maintenance program remains responsive to a changing environment, the account manager is the key communicative link between the production employees and the building management office. The account manager regularly inspects each property and visits with the key personnel who are involved. The account manager also visits daily with the division supervisor. The division supervisor regularly inspects the property and periodically visits with the site supervisor. Through this intensive supervision and inspection, we always achieve professional results. This management philosophy works well because it supports and complements TJ’s.
